- Rice...400g
- Soy Sauce...2 teaspoons
- mirin...2 teaspoons
Instructions
- Mix the seasonings to the rice.
- Shape it into a triangle. Wet your hands, or put a plastic wrap in between the hands and the rice, so it's easier to shape and the rice will not stick.
- Use a brush or the back side of a spoon to paint soy sauce to the surface of the onigiri.

Take/cook Yakionigiri anywhere you go!
A lot of people like to BBQ, and for us it's very typical for us to put yakionigiri on our BBQ menu. The charcoal and soy sauce mix makes it taste exceptional!!
Another reason why we like onigiri so much is you can take it anywhere. When we have left over rice, it's easy to make it into a riceball, and carry back home from the BBQ. Stick it in the freezer and you can microwave to eat it any time of the day!
